[VEGAN PIZZA CRUST]
*Yeast (1 pkg fast-rise)
*Water (1/2 cup luke-warm)
*Salt (1 tsp)
*Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
*All-Purpose Flour (1 ½ cups)
*Thyme (1 tbsp)
[Optional Toppings]
*Pizza Sauce
*Vegan cheese
*Olives
*Chopped Garlic
*Cilantro
Anything!
[STEP 1]
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
[STEP 2]
Stir together yeast with warm water, and let sit for a few minutes.
[STEP 3]
Stir in salt and olive oil.
[STEP 4]
Stir in thyme and flour, kneed and press into baking pan.

[STEP 5]
Bake crust for 5 minutes.
[STEP 6]
Remove from oven and lightly coat with olive oil.
[STEP 7]
Add sauce (if you want) and desired toppings , with cheese last so toppings don’t burn!

[STEP 8]
Place back into oven for 10-15 minutes, or until you feel its done, and enjoy!
