Recipe: Vegan Eggnog




[INGREDIENTS]

* Extra-firm Silken Tofu (1 package 16oz)
* Vanilla Soymilk (1&1/2 cups)
* Sugar (1/2 cup)
* Turmeric (1/8 tsp)
* Rum or Brandy (1 cup)
* Vanilla (1 tbsp)
* Ice (1 cup)
* Nutmeg (garnish)


[STEP 1]
Blend all ingredients, top with nutmeg, and really enjoy!
